In-home support and group-based therapeutic recreation for individuals with special needs ages two through adulthood, emphasizing community involvement, friendship-building, and healthy and independent living. - Adventure Program: After school, Saturday and school release full-day therapeutic recreation programs, and summer programs for children and young adults ages 11 and older with special needs operating at partnering location sites throughout west metro area - Destination Anywhere and Venture Forward: Full day and year-round afternoon recreation programs for semi-independent young adults - Flexible case management - Personal care attendant program for children and young adults - Residential services for adults with special needs - Supported Living Services for adults who reside in their own homes - Waivered home and community-based support services including hourly and daily service options
