Payment Options

Section 8 Voucher

Designed to assist low-income families with their monthly rent payments. Provides for a rent subsidy to be paid to the owner of a rental unit on behalf of the eligible family. Family will pay approximately 30% of its monthly income for rent, and Mora Housing and Redevelopment Authority will make up the difference to the approved payment standard. Rent is to include maintenance and utility services.
