Offers the following services:
  • Adult health care management program for adults, age 21 and over
  • Annual conference for educators, held annually in October
  • Annual conference for grandparents, held annually in May
  • Annual conference for youth and adults with Down syndrome, held annually in Spring
  • Bi-monthly newsletter
  • Education packet
  • Expectant parent packet for parents with a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome
  • General information available to anyone including educators and other professionals
  • Hospital or home visits for new parents by trained persons
  • Information packet for grandparents
  • Networking with other organizations
  • New parent breakfast
  • New parent information packet; mailed to all hospitals in Minnesota with English and Spanish versions available
  • Regional conference for parents and professionals held every other year
  • Resource library with current information on Down syndrome
  • Social activities and informational meetings
