Application Process

  • Walk In
Provides assessment, intake, information and referral, and case management for adults with mental health needs. Case management services address individual needs related to diagnoses such as:
  • Acute/situational depression
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Borderline personality disorder
  • Major depression
  • Schizophrenia
Additional services may include case planning, consultation, crisis intervention, and referral to legal commitments or guardianship/conservatorship.
