- Accept and process complaints of discrimination and refer complaints of discrimination to the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR), EEO, HUD, or Department of Justice as appropriate. Areas of discrimination assistance: - ?- Business - - Credit - - Education - - Employment - - Housing - - Public accommodations - - Public service - Promotes an accessible and diverse workforce - Responsible for enforcement of policies against discrimination and harassment - Works to increase full accessibility to all City services and programs
