Eligibility
Applicant households need to have an adult family member that is either 62 years of age or older, or an adult family member verified as disabled by a medical professional. Income guidelines apply.

  • One pet is allowed per household; ask about the weight and height limit

? ?- Water/sewer, heat, electricity, and trash included in rent (residents pay for pick-up of furniture/electronics). Residents pay a seasonal electricity fee of $20/month (June - September) if an air conditioner is installed in the apartment. Resident pays a $5/month electricity fee if using an additional fridge/freezer in the apartment. Residents pay for the disposal of furniture/electronics removed by waste management.
