Provides support to family caregivers of adults who are chronically ill or disabled by offering information and referral assistance, educational presentations, a caregiver resource lending library, and self-care guidance. Connects caregivers with Senior Friendship volunteers who provide companionship and respite support to those caring for a loved one.
