The primary purpose of the Board is to support the work of the Action Teams. The Board assumes responsibility for: - Establishing fiscal priorities for all Collaborative funds - Approval of Collaborative budget - Establishing Collaborative policy - Establishing an Integrated Fund - Selecting a fiscal agent from among the Parties to this agreement - Contracting/employing the Coordinator - Maintaining representation on committees
