Transitional Residential Substance Use Disorder Services - Sunrise Care Facility - Spring Grove

Sunrise Care Facilities are designated by the State of Minnesota as Rate 2 Housing with Special Services. The men's and women's facilities have a capacity of 10 residents each. Residents work with staff on day-to-day tasks, utilizing copying skills and developing goals to eventually live on their own. Staff assist residents with completing medical, insurance, funding, and legal documents. Residents are encouraged to participate in community affairs and to seek employment when appropriate. Support for residents to attend AA meetings and seek sponsorship is provided including with transportation to meetings. Weekend passes and family visits are encouraged. Smoking is permitted outside. No mood-altering chemicals are allowed on the premises.
