Provides people of all ages opportunities to pursue postsecondary education, including certificate programs, career and technical education, apprenticeships, community college, and four-year college. There are two centers in Minnesota, Northern Minnesota and Southern Minnesota. Services are provided free and include:

- Access to career assessment tools

- Assistance in the development of education plans

- College resource guides covering a range of topics related to preparing for and going to college

- Encouragement, support, and accountability

- Individual assistance in completing applications for admission, financial aid, and scholarships

- Internet access for researching educational information and scholarship opportunities

- One-on-one mentoring, in person, virtual, phone, text, or email

- Participation at college fairs, community events, and other awareness activities

- Small group workshops on topics of interest
