Seniors residing in the Highland Park, Mac-Groveland, Upper West 7th area of St. Paul and in northern Dakota county Meals on Wheels boundaries: Randolph on the north, Mississippi River on the south, St. Paul border on the west and Lexington/Montreal/Elway on the east.
