Volunteer Driver Program - Itasca County Health and Human Services

Provides volunteer driver for eligible persons. - Each eligible client (on medical assistance) has a file which says what kind of transportation the person may receive and how often it may be used (for shopping, medical appointments, etc.) - All arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance during office hours, Monday through Friday. - Rides for the weekend needs are available with appropriate notice. - Clients are sent on the bus unless doesn't fit needs.
