- Call - Confidential services do not need a parent's consent and no information will be shared - Parent permission is needed for teens under age 18 years for care for illnesses, check-ups, counseling, immunizations and physicals

Call for information; assistance is available regardless of financial situation; assistance finding health insurance coverage; sliding fee payment plan

Provides behavioral and medical health services to teens and young adults, including: - Check-ups - Care for minor illnesses - Confidential birth control and pregnancy testing - Confidential Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing and treatment - Counseling services for anxiety, depression, and trauma - Immunizations - Sports physicals
