Description

Provides intensive supervision and care in a barrier-free setting to persons with developmental disabilities and accompanying disabilities with medically fragile conditions. Individualized and team-directed supports may include: - Money management - Medication administration - Activities of daily living - Equipment care Staff proactively work with issues of: - Behavioral intervention and education - Physical disabilities - Health promotion and maintenance - Speech and language development - Deafness and blindness - Aging and retirement - Community integration Nursing services are provided on-site to support those with medically fragile conditions including (but not limited to) tracheotomy, NG tubes, and catheters.
