- Open to all individuals who have a stable income between 125 and 250 percent of the federal poverty guidelines

Application process
- Call for a financial and legal screening
- If client meets income guidelines and the legal issue is appropriate, staff will attempt to schedule a 30-minute consultation with an attorney who has agreed to accept a reduced hourly fee. After the consultation, the attorney will decide whether or not to take the case, and the client will decide whether or not to hire the attorney.
Fees
- $30 administrative fee payable at the initial consultation
- $55/hour for private attorneys
- Clients must have $500 retainer before the appointment is scheduled
