Eligibility

Individuals reentering the community from county jails, state or federal prisons, and individuals with sentencing or conviction within the last 365 days in Benton, Sherburne, or Stearns County, including the city of Saint Cloud

Application process

- Call for appointment; email; clients that meet eligibility will need to fill out a Central MN Re-Entry Project application. Once approved, an intake assessment will be conducted to determine possible services.
