Services to Homeless Families - Family Promise Rochester
Families (up to 4 families with 14 people) can access emergency shelter for 30-90 days, receive case management services and access resources to secure permanent housing. Interfaith Hospitality Network consists of volunteers from 49 faith communities who provide evening hospitality, meals and overnight supervision to families. Host churches host families for a week at a time. Pets with a Promise: Pets that are a part of families receiving shelter, receive boarding, vaccinations, veterinary care, pet supplies and transportation related to boarding or fostering Housing Related Coordinated Entry Navigator helps participants experiencing homelessness gather documentation support by establishing homeless history, disability documentation, income and other necessary verification in an effort to obtain stable housing
