Rezek House Transitional Living Program - Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota - Metro
Provides a two-year transitional living program for youth ages 16 - 21 experiencing homeless. Rezek offers 10 efficiency units for single youth as well as two one-bedroom units for parenting youth. Case management and life skills training provided.

Individuals must be staying in a shelter and able to establish residence in Ramsey County; keep in touch with a shelter advocate for vacancies. To be assessed for eligibility, call

Youth are required to pay "rent" by placing 30% of income into a savings account
Required documents
Youth must be homeless and have connections to Ramsey County to stay at Rezek. Units are filled using the Ramsey County Coordinated Entry System.
Eligibility
Serves single and parenting homeless youth ages 16 - 21 years old who are Ramsey County residents. Must be in school, working or engaged in job training.
