  • Supportive Housing: A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc). Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment will not be able to access Coordinated Entry.
  • Housing availability and waiting list status varies from property to property

  • Efficiency apartments for very low-income homeless youth, some with one child. Offers support services to help youth become self-sufficient
  • Provides transitional and section 8 housing for formerly homeless adults, must maintain sobriety
  • Limited number of rentals available for individuals with Unlawful Detainers or criminal histories
