Affordable Housing - Aeon

Provides low and moderate-income adults, families, and youth with affordable, permanent housing. Aeon owns a diverse range of apartments and townhomes in the Twin Cities Area. Properties include: - Studio, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units - Efficiency apartments for very low-income homeless youth, some with one child. Provides homeless youth ages 16 - 24 with a base from which to take part in schooling, jobs, and other constructive activities. Youth must comply with tight rules and pay one-third of any income toward rent. Staffed 24 hours a day for immediate support, assistance, information, and crisis intervention. Independent living skills training provided. - Provides transtional and section 8 housing for formerly homeless adults. Program rules apply. Drug-free community committed to sobriety. - Limited number of rentals available for individuals with Unlawful Detainers or criminal histories. Application process

- Visit website for current openings under the Find A Home tab - Supportive Housing: A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc). Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment will not be able to access Coordinated Entry. - Housing availability and waiting list status varies from property to property

Fee

Application fees and rent vary by property. Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
