Adult Shelter Connect - Hennepin County Single Adult Shelter Collaborative
A centralized point of entry for single adults seeking emergency shelter. At the center, persons can: - Talk with a Diversion Specialist about housing needs - Obtain a new Community Card for all shelters in the system - Reserve a bed at one of the participating shelters
