- To apply for STRIDE service: Call or visit website to download the application online - Registered riders can call to schedule up to 7 days in advance; same-day trips may also be scheduled based on availability

Fee

Peak: $3 Weekdays 7 am - 9 am 2:30 pm - 6 pm Off-peak: $1.50 Personal care attendants ride for free, up to 3 companion riders may accompany a STRIDE rider if space permits, and must pay a fare

Eligibility

Serves people in City of Superior, Proctor, Hermantown, and Rice Lake and within the city boundaries of Duluth whose physical or mental disabilities prevent them from boarding, riding, or getting off regular route DTA buses; inability to reach a DTA bus stop is not a major factor in determining eligibility
