Program Fees
Provides a one-stop shop for MNsure navigators to help residents enroll in a health insurance plan. Services include: - Exploring and determining eligibility for coverage options under Medical Assistance, Minnesota Care, or a private health care plan - Free enrollment help through CARE Clinic's certified navigators - Plan comparison tool to see if households qualify for financial help in the form of tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, or a public health care program such as MinnesotaCare or Medical Assistance

CARE Clinic - Red Wing
Provides access to primary health care, connections to resources, and promotes health education to uninsured, low-income individuals in Goodhue and Wabasha counties.
Provides free medical, mental health, public insurance navigation, social service resource referral, and affordable dental services to uninsured/publicly insured residents who meet income guidelines. Bilingual staff members in Spanish are available to assist.
