Evergreen serves youth, young adults, and their families from a multi-County area in Northwest and North Central Minnesota, including (but not limited to) Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater, Hubbard and Mahnomen Counties. Various programs from 7 - 21 years of age
Varies by program. Call us with any questions. We can help you obtain documents you need such as birth certificates, social security cards, driver's license, and state or tribal ID. We can also help you gather other required information.

Evergreen's services are free to youth and families. We are starting to bill for some mental health services, but no one is turned away due to inability to pay. We waive co-pays and deductibles for all clients. Donations Accepted.

Description

Safe Harbor Programming for youth ages 17-24 who have been victims of sexual exploitation. Crime Victim Services: Advocacy and support and services for youth ages 9-24 who have been victims of a crime. Youth-At-Work: Assistance to low income youth ages 14-24 who are needing support and assistance finding jobs, completing applications developing a resume, interviewing skills, etc.

Evergreen Youth & Family Services

A multi-program youth and family service agency. Provides emergency shelter, subsidized housing, independent living skills, youth and family mental health counseling, youth sober support and activities, drop-in cneter and outreach for homeless and runaway youth, social support for youth on sexual orientation issues and other support services for adolescents and families. Evergreen runs an annual conference focused on youth and families in the Spring of each year.
