City Departments: - Administration: Coordinates the election process, including absentee voting, administers gambling permits, dog licenses, and liquor and beer licenses - Community Development and Planning: Responsible for planning and zoning, economic development, housing, maps, sign permits, and redevelopment - Finance: Manages the water and sewer service billing services

​- Public Works: Responsible for building permits, building inspections, sewage treatment systems, Lebanon Cemetery, maintenance of streets including boulevard trees, sidewalks, roadway maintenance, snow plowing removal, street signs, and street sweeping.
