  • Open Saturday or Sunday
  • Provides customer service to participants who have a health plan with BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota. Participants should call the number on the back of their member ID card. Services include:
Checking coverage and in-network providers Claim and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) questions Billing inquiries and more
  • EAP: Offers an employee assistance program to participants
  • Caregiver help: Provides information on resources to help a loved one's health plan and care
  • Pre-certification: Clients are responsible for obtaining pre-certification for admissions to nonparticipating facilities
  • Provides information on participating pharmacies and health care providers
