Services include: Checking coverage and in-network providers Claim and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) questions Billing inquiries and more - EAP: Offers an employee assistance program to participants - Caregiver help: Provides information on resources to help a loved one's health plan and care - Pre-certification: Clients are responsible for obtaining pre-certification for admissions to nonparticipating facilities - Provides information on participating pharmacies and health care providers
