Assisting individuals who may be eligible for SSI / SSDI Disability advocates and attorneys throughout the determination process: - Screen individuals to see if they may be eligible for SSI - Help access community resources - Work with the medical community - Work with the social security administration - Provides assistance to those who have been denied, assisting with appeals. Outreach services provide: - Initial screening - Assessment - Assistance with application and verifications - Case compilation - Representation by legal department
