Supportive Services, Case Management, and Financial Assistance Programs - Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People - VEAP

Case managers and social workers work collaboratively with individuals and families to address both immediate and longer-term areas of need. Provides the following: - Case Management: Assists with creating comprehensive, strengths-based case plans and individualized, support. Assists with safety planning, goal setting, and budgeting. - Culturally responsive, on-site, and community-based navigation services, and information and referrals to other vital community supports. - Rent Assistance Program: Short-term assistance for evictions or utility shut-offs; funding varies monthly and is very limited - Resource Navigation and Referrals: Designed to help individuals access available resources, meet immediate needs, and work toward long-term, achievable solutions.
