Recreational Programs and Facilities - Hopkins-Minnetonka Recreation Services

Sponsors recreational programs for all ages including senior citizens and persons with disabilities; included are: - Adaptive recreation for persons with disabilities - Day camps - Parks, playgrounds, picnic facilities, family gardens, recreational trails, ice rinks, two swimming beaches (Shady Oak Beach and Libbs Lake Beach), five tennis courts, basketball court, swimming pool, weight machines, free weights, meeting space, hiking trails, biking trails, skate park, canoe rental, sand volleyball, fishing, recreational facilities - Youth sports leagues and classes including gymnastics, softball, baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, swimming lessons year round, CPR instruction, land and water aerobics, kick boxing, safety awareness/self defense, ice skating, ice hockey, skateboarding, and in-line skating
