A treatment program offered out of a community-based residence lasting between 60 - 90 days Program designed for those with chronic relapsing substance abuse problems, and/or those who are at high risk for relapse due to the extent of their substance use or types of substances used. Program focuses on: - Building relapse prevention skills - Involvement in community groups that promote abstinence from substances - Learning healthy living skills

Fee

Self-pay individuals must pay a down-payment of 1/3 of the estimated cost of services required; payment arrangements made before discharge may include payment in full, arrangements for divided payments over a maximum of 6 months, or assistance acquiring a medical loan from a lender if a longer repayment period is required.

Fountain Centers strongly promotes and integrates the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous into our therapy services.

Other core components of our treatment program draw from motivational enhancement and cognitive behavioral traditions, with an emphasis on teaching relapse prevention skills. All treatment plans are individualized, ensuring that each person's unique needs are met to promote healing and recovery. Dignity and respect are foundational values that guide our work with clients.
