- Culturally informed approach to foster care and adoption - Provides foster-care and adoption support for American Indian children - Offers foster-parent orientation and training on child welfare, cultural practices, and caring for children with special needs - Works with American Indian families, tribes, and community resources to facilitate placement and adoption
