A toll-free, multilingual, and confidential crisis support service. Provides support to anyone experiencing emotional distress related to disasters, such as tornadoes, severe storms, hurricanes, tropical storms, floods, wildfires, earthquakes, droughts, incidents of mass violence, anniversaries, and other trigger events. Provides counseling and support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a trained crisis counselor. Counselors provide: - Information on how to recognize distress and its effects on individuals and families - Referrals to local crisis call centers for additional follow-up care and support
