Removes substandard, hazardous, and blighted manufactured homes from: - Evergreen Estates - Sunrise Mobile Home Park - Cannon River Mobile Home Park - Knollwood Courts Mobile Home City Owners will be given $2,000 for their substandard manufactured home and the HRA will demo the home and remove it from the park.
