Team-based treatment focused on recovery; enrollees meet with mental health professionals, along with family, to create and discuss a treatment plan. Services may include:

Assistance obtaining community resources
Assistance with staying at/returning to employment/school
Benefits assistance including health insurance, food, and housing
Case management
Educating family and enrollee on condition
Identifying strengths
Learning coping skills
Medication counseling to reduce symptoms and prevent relapses
