Parent and Early Childhood Education - Neighborhood House

Programming is designed to provide access to community resources and encourage parent and community participation in issues that affect the daily lives of families with children ages birth - 7 years. Early Childhood Home Visits: Staff visit participants in-home which helps identify child and family needs early. Provides support for both the children and parents in a setting that promotes positive relationships with the entire family. Provides information about child development and assists family members in navigating the school system. Skills for School: Designed for children ages 3 - 5 years, helps participants develop the skills they need to enter kindergarten. Helps teach children fundamentals like colors, letters, and numbers while developing social skills.
