Provides chemical dependency assessments for treatment at the Mino Wii Jii Win Adolescent Outpatient Treatment Program. Services may include:- Care team consisting of counselors, case workers, physicians, and other professionals- Four phases of treatment, such as Early Recovery, Enhancement Group, Relapse Prevention/Maintaining Change Group, Life Skills Group, and Wellness Group- Holistic treatment for substance use, mental health, medical/dental, and nutritional screening
