Eligibility

Low income Southeast Asian, East African refugees and immigrants: (Burma, Cambodian, Hmong, Karen Laotian, Vietnamese, Somali, Ethiopian, Oromo). Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.
