Ramsey County residents who are pregnant and/or have custody of their minor children. Must be currently in, recently out of, or want to get substance abuse treatment.

Provides support to families struggling with substance use to help ensure healthy pregnancies. Intensive in-home services to pregnant individuals who are abusing chemicals including:
  • Chemical dependency assessments
  • Referrals to treatment and placement
  • Counseling and referral to community resources
  • Prenatal and aftercare services
  • Support groups weekly, transportation and child care provided
