Saint Paul Youth Services (SPYS) reimagines how the community engages with and holds itself accountable for youth. SPYS partners with young people to build skills and resources to achieve their goals; deliver tools, training, and partnerships advocate for youth-centric practices and cultures; and provides system advocacy in public policy - all to achieve more positive and equitable outcomes for youth.
