- Call; visit website; must call for an appointment prior to bringing in an animal to surrender it. - All Vet clinic appointments require appointments

Service fees vary; reduced fee services for those that qualify through the Veterinary Clinic

Veterinary clinic reduced fee/sliding fee scale services require a valid photo ID, proof of income with a recent tax return or an award letter for a qualifying goverment program: - Food Support, - HUD Section 8 Housing - Medicaid - Medical Assistance (MA, MA-EPD) - MinnesotaCare - Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) - Special Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC) - Social Security Disability (SSDI) - State Unemployment Benefits - Supplemental Security Income (SSI) - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) - VA Disability
