  • Women; primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
  • Serves persons without health insurance and those who are underinsured

Call; appointments are preferred; it is recommended to call early in the morning if a same-day appointment is needed

  • Paid by insurance
  • Individuals with no insurance who verify income will be put on a sliding fee scale according to family size and income. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.
  • NOTE: Minimum payment is $20
