Complaint Investigation, Mediation, or Advocacy - Ombudsman for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities - State Office

Receives and investigates complaints concerning an agency, licensed program or facility that provides services or treatment to individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, chemical dependency, or an emotional disturbance. May mediate or advocate on behalf of the client to resolve the complaint. Reviews the causes and circumstances of a serious injury or death of a client.
