Provides area adults with a wide variety of education opportunities for students who wish to receive their GED or brush up on: - Basic Skills Enhancement: Develop basic skills such as work-related math, reading or writing - General Educational Development (GED) Test Preparation: Study and practice for GED tests - Citizenship: Resources are available for students preparing for the United States Citizenship test - English Language Learner Program (ELL): Learn to speak, read and write in English - Workforce Preparation: Expand upon general skills needed to obtain, retain or improve employment opportunities

Individuals ages 16 and older and not enrolled in secondary school who are residents of Afton, Bayport, Baytown Township, Grant, an area of Hugo, Lake Elmo, Lakeland, Lakeland Shores, Lake Saint Croix Beach, Marine on Saint Croix, May Township, Oak Park Heights, Saint Mary's Point, Stillwater, Stillwater Township, West Lakeland Township, Withrow and a portion of Woodbury
