Eligibility
Refugees must meet ALL the following conditions: - Have been in the U.S. 8 months or less; - Be ineligible for MA; - Have 1 of the following immigration statuses: Refugee, Asylee, Cuban and Haitian Entrant, Amerasian, or dependent children of people with any of the above statuses who live in the same household if the only parent or both parents in the household have refugee status. Children with a non-refugee parent in the household are not eligible for RMA.
