Eligibility
Families with children in pre-Kindergarten - 12th grade (3 years and older) who are residents of Carver County and are experiencing:
- Insufficient funds to pay for housing or utility costs
- Lacking a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence
- Living in overcrowded conditions in their current housing
- Must have enough net income to afford current or prospective residence
- Paying more than 50 percent of their income for rent/mortgage

documentation for net income from the last 30 days, billing statement of rent/mortgage, homeowner's association dues, or utilities owed
