Description

Offers responsive trainings and workshops to equip individuals, organizations, and communities with practical tools to advance well-being, equity, and positive social change. Trainings and workshops offered: - Community Equity Program: A 7-month leadership cohort running from the months of September - May. The program supports Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to influence and enact public policy at Minnesota's capitol. The leadership program offers opportunities for individuals the skills and experience to become more actively engaged in and impact public policy for their communities. - The RISE Initiative: Led by Wilder African American Babies Coalition and Projects - Advocacy Leadership Intensive: A condensed version of the Community Equity Program that is designed for advocates, allies, and community members interested in Minnesota's legislative process. This is an intensive program for those who want to deepen their advocacy skills and gain connections. - Tailored Education Trainings and Consultations for Groups/Organizations: Offer customized webinars, workshops, and events tailored to groups and organizations to build confidence, understand key issues, and take meaningful action for change

Services include mental health supports for children, adults, and families, supportive housing services, services to help older adults and caregivers live independently, a childcare center, research services, and more.
