Offers mental health support for individuals with mood, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders who are considering pregnancy (preconception planning), currently pregnant, or parenting a child ages 0-5 years. HopeLine: a free mental health telephone support service. This is not a crisis line. Staff members will call back in 2 - 3 business days to provide mental health triage and connections to resources. Mother-Baby Connections: provides weekly group therapy and parenting support options that meet 1.5 hours per week. Visit website or call for information about current groups. Mother-Baby Day Hospital: a partial hospitalization program that provides group psychotherapy and medication evaluation & management 5 hours per day Monday - Thursday for 2 -4 weeks. This is considered a step down from inpatient hospitalization. Perinatal Outpatient Program (POP): provides group psychotherapy and psychoeducational (virtual and in-person) 3 days per week for 8 - 12 weeks. This program is an ideal fit for women who need more than weekly outpatient psychotherapy visits but do not meet partial hospital level of care.
