Offers mental health support for individuals with mood, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders who are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, or parenting children ages birth to 5 years. Programs include:
- HopeLine: Free mental health telephone support (not a crisis line). Staff return calls within 2-3 business days to provide triage and connect to resources.
- Mother-Baby Connections: Weekly group therapy and parenting support (1.5 hours per week). Contact the center for current group schedules.
- Mother-Baby Day Hospital: Partial hospitalization program offering group psychotherapy and medication management, 5 hours/day, Monday-Thursday, for 2-4 weeks. Serves as a step-down from inpatient care.
- Perinatal Outpatient Program (POP): Group psychotherapy and psychoeducational sessions (virtual and in-person) 3 days/week for 8-12 weeks, for those needing more support than standard weekly therapy but not requiring partial hospitalization.
