Families (single adult with children under the age of 18, couple with children, or pregnant people) who are residents of Hennepin County
Required documents
Application/registration form current lease (signed copy) denial letter from EA/EGA eviction notice ledger from property manager showing the amount owed as of the current days date proof of income from the last 60 days (pay stubs, benefit letters, etc.) W9 from property manager
