Applications are available at Winona County Community Services - Human Services, 202 West 3rd Street, Winona; call to arrange for getting a HeatShare application, return the application to the Winona County Community Services - Human Services and they will fax it to Salvation Army; for further information call the Salvation Army office (ask for Emily or leave a message)

The HeatShare program may provide assistance with utility bills related to heating costs (electric, gas, propane, LP). People must have used up all other available energy assistance before they apply. Assistance is available when there are HeatShare funds available.
