Community Facilities / Centers - City of Winona Park and Recreation Department

The Park and Recreation Department provides the administration of the community parks, hiking trails, and public recreation areas including the oversight of the Prairie Island Campground and the Prairie Island Dog Park. Facilities available for rent include: Holzinger Lodge at 925 West Lake Boulevard; Valley Oaks Loge at 260 Valley Oaks Drive; and East End Recreation Center at 210 Zumbro Street. Park shelters available for rent include: Kiwanis Shelter at Prairie Island, Latsch Shelter, Hiawatha Valley Marines Shelter, Jaycee Shelter, and Lions Shelter. Picnic supplies for rent include horseshoes, frisbees, balls, bats, badminton, beanbags, gunny sacks, bingo, hoops, volleyball nets, etc..
