Required documents

Proof of residency; a copy of the two most recent pay stubs of all income earners in the household with Social Security numbers blocked out; q copy of previous year's federal tax returns with Social Security numbers blocked out. If there is no income and do not file income taxes, attach a brief note explaining that there is no income.

Eligibility

- Minneapolis residents age 17 years or younger or age 55 and older - Must meet the current income guidelines, complete an application and provide additional documentation. Fee assistance is for the instructional portion of fees only and not for supplies, extra fees, or admission costs for field trips.
